Customs & Duties Disclaimer

By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Import Taxes & Duties
   All import taxes, customs duties, and related charges imposed by your country are the full responsibility of the buyer. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost displayed at checkout.

2. Carrier Policies
   If import taxes or duties are not paid, DHL (or any other carrier) does not cover the cost of returning the package. In such cases, shipments may be disposed of or destroyed. This means you will lose both the purchased items and the money paid for your order.

3. Seller Responsibility
   Our responsibility as the seller is fulfilled once the items are shipped and a valid tracking number is provided. We have no control over customs procedures, government regulations, or import policies in the destination country.

4. Disputes
   Any disputes opened on the basis of unpaid import duties will be resolved in our favor, as the responsibility for import taxes lies entirely with the buyer.

5. Goodwill Gesture
   While we cannot influence customs policies, if you choose to cover the import tax, we may offer a discount code equal to the amount you paid in tax, which can be applied to your next order.

6. International Buyers
   Please check your country’s import policies before making a purchase. The United States currently taxes imports from every country, and while Indonesia (where we are based) applies one of the lower tax rates compared to many others, duties are still applicable.
